Your personal information is shared by us only as described below. Sharing Within the Sibilia Family. We may share your personal information with any parent company, subsidiary, or affiliate in the Sibilia family. All entities within the Sibilia family may have access to your personal information. All entities with the Sibilia family may have access to other data such as anonymous, aggregate demographic data. Lead Purchasers. Sibilia may decide to share your personal data with third parties who purchase leads from Sibilia such as jewelry related dealers or vendors. Sibilia’s Service Providers. Sibilia may decide to share your personal information with companies that work on behalf of or with Sibilia These companies may use your personal information to inform you about Sibilia’s products and services, to provide you with information about other services or products, or otherwise to assist Sibilia in providing services to its customers, understanding its consumer market, or creating marketing strategies to reach a larger customer base.
Participating Vendors. Some of our sites may offer the ability to make online purchases from promotional participating vendors. On sites with opportunities to purchase online for services and products, we will also give participating vendors pertinent order information and authorization for the merchant bank. Any time an order is placed from a participating vendor, that vendor will automatically have all the pertinent information related to that order. 4. HOW DO WE UTILIZE WEB ANALYTICS, WEB BEACONS, COOKIES, AND OTHER BEHAVIORAL MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES?

Sibilia employs a wide array of these technologies, including web beacons, web analytics techniques, and other behavior analysis and marketing technologies, to analyze consumer behavior and to understand how we can improve our customer experience. Many of these technologies are provided to Sibilia via third party partners specializing in consumer behavioral marketing. In the process of using these behavioral marketing technologies, we automatically collect non-personal data and information from you, including but not limited to the following types of data and information: Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address, login; computer and internet connection information such as browser type and related browser data, data speed, Operating System; content viewed; and purchase order history, which may be combined and assembled with other data for analytic purposes.
Our web pages, promotional e-mail messages, blog images, social media platform images, and/or newsletters may contain electronic images known as web beacons, which are also known as single-pixel gif images. Web beacons are not used to access your personally identifiable information. Rather, they are a tool we use to compile and analyze statistics about the behavioral usage of our web sites and to track and analyze behavioral use of our promotional e-mail messages. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including the time and date of a page view, a brief description of the page on which the web beacon resides, and a cookie number.

All matters, issues, and concerns relating to these sites are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any information or data you provide in registering or subscribing to one of our publications or registering or ordering at one of our web sites will be transferred to Argentina. By visiting our sites and transferring data and information, you authorize this transfer, processing and use.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY : If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we have a 5 day change-of-mind policy from reception of goods. During that period, you must email us to request the credit (only for the cost of the item, shipping cost in excluded). You can only do this once.
This is not applied to items purchased with discounts or free shipping.
The items must be returned in its original state and condition and with a tracking number to make sure it is received.
