Claims and Refunds

All sibilia products are handcrafted. There may be some slight variation in color, texture and finish. These are not considered flaws.

Once you receive your order, you have 5 days to examine and email us for any discrepancies.

In all cases (faulty or just not happy with the product) you must send an email to hola@sibilia-accs.com with the order Nr in the subject.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, we will be happy to replace it or arrange for a refund.

If you are simply not happy with your product we can exchange it for another one of the same price (but the cost of shipping must be paid by the customer)

Products returned to us must be in a resaleable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.

With the exception of faulty goods Sibilia is not responsible for the cost of returning products to us.

Shipping info: Please note that duties, taxes and any other fees applied by the destination country are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
