Policies

Return

www.sibilia-accs.com will accept items for exchange or in store credit if a Return Authorization email is sent within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Please follow these steps to return or exchange:
1.Email info@sibilia-accs.com to obtain a Return authorization Form.
2.Write the RA # on the form and on the outside of the shipping box clearly visible.
3.Send your item with all the original packing materials, unworn and in resaleable condition. Include the RA form and send withan insured courier and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write jewelry or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
4.Send your package to SIBILIA/GBS GLOBAL SYSTEMS – 1 Wayne Avenue – Suffern, NY 10901
5.After we receive your package, our Quality dept will verify the condition and authenticity of the return item.
6.An instore credit or exchange (we do not make any money refund) will be issued within 2 weeks.

For items purchased and shipped within Argentina, please contact flavia@sibilia-accs.com. We don't return money, we can only change the item if defective and grant a credit in your account, after it was sent back in sellable condition.


Shipping

www.sibilia-accs.com ships via FEDERAL EXPRESS and FAST TRACK within Argentina.
Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the complete shipping address information.
For shipments to Argentina, please email info@sibilia-accs.com
** Please note that shipping lead times refer only to delivery time including the time needed to prepare your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.

Repair

We will repair any design purchased through sibilia-accs.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
Please email info@sibilia-accs.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number. We try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. If you do not receive a response please check your "junk mail" folder!

Product

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Each one is made out of brass and plated or enameled. Platings may be of 24K gold, sterling silver, rose gold, antique silver, antique copper, antique bronze, gun metal, patina, enamels. The thickness of the plating and the lacquer over it assures excellent durability. Nevertheless it requires appropriate care.
Please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, detergent, chemical agents, cosmetics or oxidizing cleaning products such as dishwashing liquids.
Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of the plating on the metal. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. After each use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box. Do not wipe the metal surface with a polishing cloth because excessive polishing may rub off the plating and is not recommended.
Store your jewelry in separate sections of your jewelry box or in a fabric pouch
We offer a limited 12 month warranty on our jewelry items.
For warranty service return please email info@sibilia-accs.com and follow instructions.
There is no warranty against discoloration or tarnishing of plated jewelry. Be advised that any plated jewelry will eventually tarnish or discolor. We do not offer any warranty on pieces that have been abused, exposed to harsh lighting inside jewelry cases, and exposing pieces to chemical agents such as perfumes, cosmetics, bleach, which can discolor pieces or findings prematurely.
